Chicago ----- The Big Ten announced this morning that for the second consecutive year, Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor and Michigan State linebacker Greg Jones were named Preseason Offensive and Defensiver Player of the Year, respectively.
The media who voted tabbed Ohio State to win the Big Ten, with Iowa coming in second and Wisconsin third.
